I have a ethernet cable connecting my comp to Bt hub but it says cable not connected. I have tried several ethernet cables but get same ans. So have connect the BT hub to comp by USB cable. At least now I have internet access & connection even if it is slower.... Read More »

My internet is pretty slow compared to my neighbors, we all have the same internet service. (DSL) But every single one of my neighbor's internet is much faster than mine. I got my internet service before anyone. My internet router is about 3 years older than everyone elses. Could this be my problem?... Read More »
